Kadel Trade Link (KTL) is a Nepal-wide retailer and distributor of home appliances and consumer electronics — air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, TVs and kitchen appliances from brands you trust, backed by real after-sales support.
When Mukesh Verma founded Kadel Trade Link in December 2020, the appliance market in Nepal was full of grey-market electronics with no real warranty and no one to call when something broke. KTL was built to be the opposite of that — a name customers could trust to sell only genuine, 100% authentic products.
Five years on, that same promise has grown into showrooms and regional touchpoints across six cities, nationwide delivery, and a brand lineup of global names like Hisense, Haier, Voltas and IFB — all backed by manufacturer warranties and spare parts support that doesn't disappear after checkout.
